Welcome to Trade Link. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between Trade Link Limited (“Trade Link,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“user,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing or using our website, services, or platform (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
- Your access and use of the Platform, including all products, services, content, and data, is governed by these Terms.
- You confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.
- These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and other guidelines posted on the Platform.

4. Services Provided
- Trade Link provides a platform to promote products/services and connect users.
- We are not a party to user transactions.
- Users are responsible for compliance and taxes.
5. User Listings
- Listings must be accurate and provide valid contact information.
- Misleading or illegal listings may be removed.
6. Fees and Payments
- Basic access is free; premium services may incur fees.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. User Responsibilities
- No false information or prohibited items.
- No harassment, fraud, or illegal activities.
- No data collection without consent.
8. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Trade Link a license to use it on the Platform.
- Materials created by Trade Link remain our property.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Trade Link is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited based on Ugandan or Gibraltar law, depending on user location.
10. Indemnity
You agree to hold Trade Link harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
Uganda law applies to local users; Gibraltar law applies to others. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
12. Miscellaneous
- Invalid terms do not affect enforceability of remaining terms.
- We may assign rights without notice.
